Niall Ó Murchú, a certified Wim Hof Method instructor will be doing a restorative, calming and euphoric breathing session with us in Jam Park on April 26th
During this guided breathing session you’ll learn to:
- Breathe fully and deeply
- Gain energy and reduce any stress
- Improve your focus and determination
- Explore and eventually master your body and mind
- Balance your hormones, elevate your mood and help you feel great
We breathe all the time. It keeps us alive. But, we rarely pay it much attention. We should. When we’re under pressure, or stress, our breath becomes erratic. So, do we. We feel tired, irritated and anxious. But, when we learn how to control our breath, we become calm. Then, we’re able to change how we think and feel under pressure.

TERMS + CONDITIONS
These breathing exercise have a profound effect and should be practised in the way they are explained. Always do the breathing exercises in a safe environment (e.g. sitting on a couch/floor) and unforced. Never practise the exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or in any other environment/place where, should you pass out, a serious injury could occur. These breathing exercises may cause tingling sensations and /or lightheadedness. They should always be practised gently and without force.
Do not practise these during pregnancy or if you’re epileptic. People with cardiovascular health issues, or any other (serious) health conditions, should always consult a medical doctor before starting a breathing practise.
